Access to JitBit Helpdesk Api w/ Azure AD

We have a JitBit Helpdesk instance running with Azure AD authentication. We would like to have an Azure Function that runs and calls the JitBit api. The problem we are facing is that when we call the JitBit api from our Azure Function we receive a 401 due to the fact that we are not authenticating use Azure AD and anonymous authentication is disabled. Is there a way we can expose the api to use anonymous authentication while still authenticating the frontend with Azure AD?
