Hello Kostas Antoniou
If you already have Microsoft Entra P1, but don't see an invoice in your Microsoft 365 billing section, check this
Microsoft Entra P1 is not always billed or licensed standalone. It might be included in a bundle.
Go to: https://admin.microsoft.com/
Navigate to: Billing > Licenses
Check what products are assigned to users some bundles (like Microsoft 365 E3 or E5) include Entra P1 or P2 automatically.
Also check: Billing > Your products to see what's billed directly.
or
Go to: https://portal.azure.com/
Search for Cost Management + Billing.
Select a billing profile.
In the invoice grid, find the row of the invoice you want to download.
Select the download symbol at the end of the row.
In the download context menu, select Invoice.
or
Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID > Licenses > All products
You can see all assigned licenses and whether Entra ID P1 is showing up as part of a bundle or a direct subscription. View your invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center
If you acquired licenses through a partner or CSP, billing would not show directly in your Microsoft 365 tenant. You’ll need to check through your CSP’s portal.
Is Microsoft Entra P1 included with Microsoft 365 Premium? Yes, Microsoft Entra ID P1 is included
Entra ID P1 is included in:
1.Microsoft 365 Business Premium
2.Microsoft 365 E3
3.Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) E3
So, if you have one of these licenses, you already have Microsoft Entra ID P1 features.
Entra ID P1 is not included in:
1.Microsoft 365 Business Standard
2.Microsoft 365 Apps for Business
3.Microsoft 365 Family or Personal plans
In that case, you won't see a separate invoice or license entry for Entra ID P1 it’s included as part of the bundle. or If you don't see an invoice for the last billing period, there could be several reasons why you don't see an invoice:
It's less than 30 days from the day you subscribed to Azure.
The invoice isn't generated yet. Wait until the end of the billing period.
You don't have permission to view invoices. If you have a Microsoft Customer Agreement, you must be the billing profile Owner, Contributor, Reader, or Invoice manager.
