OneDrive personal vault disappeared (offline) and cannot sign in to online OneDrive

Yesterday (14 May) ... an issue on my work laptop Windows 11 (with OneDrive for work, and my personal installed) and my home desktop Windows 11 (personal OneDrive) and on my Android phone (with OneDrive for work, and my personal installed). The Personal Vault icon/access offline disappeared; as is not in the directory list in OneDrive settings accessed via the gear icon in OneDrive on the taskbar, on both laptop and desktop. It's still there on phone and when selected it brings me to the normal thumbnails of the folders I expect to be there but when I click on a older it says item can't be displayed, has been moved or deleted. This morning it looks like I can access some files but then randomly it says Item can't be displayed. Work OneDrive seems fine. On my desktop, it seems to be now in this cycle of processing tens of thousands of files -with no sign of personal vault. Via desktop or laptop I seem unable to sign in to OneDrive online. The page just sits there displaying nothing. Should I simply "quit" OneDrive and then sign-in again. I'm very hesitant given that at the moment I can't sign-in online to OneDrive.

    1. Clear your cache.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the OneDrive app.
