Como ingreso a mi certificación?

Buenas tardes

Mi nombre es Teresa Huamani, yo lleve los cursos de

• Microsoft Office2019: Microsoft Office Specialist: Outlook Associate
• Office2019: Microsoft Office Specialist: PowerPoint Associate. Pero no encuentro los certificados en la plataforma

To better assist you and ensure that we address your request appropriately, could you kindly confirm which platform you used to complete the courses?   

If you completed the courses through an official Microsoft learning platform, such as Microsoft Learn, please note that the certificates are not displayed there as the platform primarily offers learning resources and does not directly provide certification.  

For official Microsoft Office Specialist certifications, you should have taken the exams through Microsoft's official certification process. Once you've passed the exams, the certificates should be available to you in your official Microsoft Certification dashboard.

Based on your update, I have outlined the following steps to help you access your certification for the year 2022: 

1. Check your account: Make sure you're signed in with the Microsoft account you used for the certification exam 
2. Go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard: Log in to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard and navigate to "Certifications" or "Transcript" to view and download your certificates. 
3. Check your email: Look for a confirmation email from Microsoft about your exam completion. This email usually contains a direct link to your certification. 
4. Refresh the page: Sometimes, simply refreshing the page or logging out and back in can make your certification appear 
5. Check Certiport (if taken through a testing center):

• If you took the exam through Certiport, log in to Certiport’s Credential Manager using your account. 

• Your certificates should be available under "My Transcript". 

If you still cannot find your certification, please visit Training, Certification, and Program Support and follow the steps below to submit a support request:
