Regarding subscription pause.

hi. I have subscribed for founder's hub program. i have given $5000 by Microsoft. Our product is still in progress, and we need more credits. We have to complete some criteria. Till then, is it possible to pause the subscription? please guide.

Thank you for your interest in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program.

Currently, there is no direct option to pause a Founders Hub subscription. Once your Azure credits are activated, they are valid for up to one year. After this period, you may request additional credits by progressing to the next level of the program.

For example, if you are currently at Level 2, advancing to Level 3 will provide you with additional Azure credits and extend the time available to use them. Please note that progressing through the program levels is the only way to extend or renew credits before they expire.
