Hi,

I need help connecting my Microsoft Learn account to my personal email address ******@outlook.com. Can you help me with that? I currently have two accounts, but I want to merge them into one -> ******@outlook.com, so that my certificate is linked to my personal account.

Can you migrate my Learn account so that the certificate is linked to my personal email address? Please do not delete that account. Since there are currently two accounts, I need to ask you to merge them instead, so that the certificate is moved to my personal account.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, Microsoft accounts cannot be merged. Each Microsoft account is independent, and it is not possible to merge two accounts into one. Refer to the official article for instructions:

Unfortunately, based on Microsoft’s official policy, it’s currently not possible to merge or combine two separate Microsoft accounts — such as a personal account and a work or school account.
