Power Automate 'Bad Gateway' Error When Converting Word to PDF

Has anyone encountered an issue where converting a Word document to PDF using power automate fails, displaying a 'bad gateway' error code? I attempted to convert the file using both OneDrive and Word, but neither method worked. Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to resolve it?

    Hi @Man Wang

    Welcome to Q&A Microsoft forum.

Sorry for the inconvenience that you have been through. Could you please provide more details on how you set up the flow? If possible, a screenshot of the flow would be very helpful.

Also, could you let us know whether this flow was created manually or if it’s a default template?

Lastly, have you tried testing the flow with a different file or using a different folder path to see if the issue persists?

As forum moderators, we don’t have access to the detailed system needed to troubleshoot this effectively due to privacy and security constraints. We recommend contacting Microsoft’s support team directly, as they are best equipped to address and resolve this type of issue efficiently.
