Please note that in the redesigned layout of both the New Outlook desktop application and the web version, the location for managing rules has been updated. To create custom rules, kindly follow the steps outlined below:
- Go to the "View" tab.
- Select "View Settings", then navigate to "Mail" > "Rules".
- Click "Add new rules" to set up custom rules for your mailbox.

If you prefer the Classic Outlook experience, you can switch back by clicking on "Help" and selecting "Go to Classic Outlook".
