How to remove a specific account from my authenticator app

I have added one work account to my personal Microsoft authenticator app. I want to remove that account as I have created that account in my work profile authenticator app. How I can remove thay specific account without resetting the whole app ? As I need the other accounts i have added before this. Please someone assist me.

Yes, you can remove a specific account from the Microsoft Authenticator app without resetting the entire app.

Steps to remove an account:

• Open the Microsoft Authenticator app.
• Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner (on Android) or tap Edit (on iPhone).
• Find the account you want to remove.
• Tap the trash icon (Android) or minus icon (iPhone) next to the account.
• Confirm deletion.

This will only remove the selected account — all other accounts will remain untouched.

 According to your inquiry, I think this is instruction for your request : 

Remove specific account on Authenticator apps on your device: 

You go to Authenticator apps -> Choose the account you want to remove ->  Choose Setting gear (in the right corner) -> Remove Account 

 

This will be remove only the selected account.
