HI I'm trying to use my Excel installed for years on my IMac and when I try to sign in with my work credentials I'm getting the return - The network request timed out. Please try again. [2602]. What do I need to do?

    Based on the information you have provided, it looks like you are having trouble signing in Excel on iMac.
