Hi ym,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
We understand you're experiencing an issue where PowerApps gets stuck on the authentication page when opened in Microsoft Teams on your Mac, while it works fine in a browser. To address this, we have two potential solutions for you:
- First option, reinstallation of Microsoft Teams: Quit Teams completely and delete the app. You may also need to remove cache and support files to fully uninstall it. After that, empty your Trash. Then, download and reinstall the latest version of Teams for Mac from the official Microsoft Teams website.
- If the issue started recently after a Teams update, reverting to an older version might help. Fully uninstall your current Teams version might be required, then go to this Microsoft page Update history for Office for Mac - Office release notes | Microsoft Learn . Find a Teams version released before the issue began and download its installer (.pkg file). Given that it's currently May 2025, we recommend using version 16.96 (25041326) - Office suite with Teams, which was released on April 15, 2025. Install the .pkg file and follow the prompts. You may also need to temporarily disable auto-updates in Teams or via Microsoft AutoUpdate to prevent it from updating to the problematic version again.
We hope the solutions provided will assist you effectively.
