    Dear @Fabricio Kdg ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Support.

We understand the inconvenience you're experiencing, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist you. Based on your situation, we recommend the following solutions to help you regain access to your Instagram account:

Option 1: Log In Using a Backup Method

    1. Navigate to the Instagram login page.
    2. Enter your username and password.
    3. When prompted for the two-factor authentication (2FA) code, select “Try another way.”
    4. Choose the option to “Send a login link” to your registered email address or phone number (if available).

Option 2: Use Backup Codes (If Previously Saved)

If you saved the backup codes provided by Instagram during the 2FA setup:

    1. On the 2FA screen, select “Use backup code.”
    2. Enter one of the saved codes to access your account.

Option 3: Recover Access via Instagram Support

If you no longer have access to your Authenticator app, backup codes, or linked email/phone number:

    1. Visit the Instagram login help page.
    2. Click “Get help logging in” (on mobile) or “Forgot password?” (on desktop).
    3. Enter your username or email address.
    4. Select “Need more help?” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Instagram may request additional verification, such as:

    • A selfie video
    • Your registered email address
    • Account-related details (e.g., the date the account was created)

Please note that as moderators, we are here to provide guidance and support; however, we are unable to recover your Instagram account on your behalf.

Additionally, while Instagram may be linked to your Microsoft Authenticator, it is a separate platform and not managed by Microsoft. Therefore, we recommend that you contact Instagram Support directly for further assistance, following the steps outlined above to ensure a precise and effective resolution.

We hope these steps assist you in resolving the issue. Should you have any further questions or require additional support, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Wish you a pleasant day!
