I need help with importing the verified ids from old iphone to new iphone

Hi @Binita Sharma,   

To transfer your Verified IDs from your old iPhone to your new one, please follow these steps: 

On your old iPhone: 

1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app. 
2. Go to Settings and make sure iCloud backup is turned on. 
3. Confirm that the backup is recent and successful. 

  On your new iPhone: 

1. Download Microsoft Authenticator from the App Store. 
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account you used before. 
3. When prompted, restore from the iCloud backup and follow the on-screen instructions. 

 

While cloud backup helps transfer your account list, it does not fully restore your MFA settings. You’ll still need to set up MFA manually for each account.  We understand this can be a bit inconvenient, but this extra step is necessary to protect your account security.
