    Microsoft exams are not covered in the Microsoft Q&A forums. I made a quick googling on "Reschedule Microsoft certification exam", and I found https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/reschedule-and-cancellation-policy. Maybe that can help you.
