    Hello Devika S,

After successfully passing a Microsoft certification exam, your certificate typically becomes available within 24 to 48 hours in your Microsoft Learn profile. Here's how you can access and download your certificate:

Steps to Access and Download Your Certificate

    1. Sign In to Microsoft Learn:

Go to the Microsoft Learn Certifications Dashboard.

    • Sign in using the same Microsoft account you used to register for and take the exam.
    1. Navigate to Certifications:

    Click on your Profile icon.

Select Credentials from the dropdown menu.

    • Click on the Certifications tab to view your earned certifications.
    1. Download Your Certificate:

Locate the certification you wish to download.

    Click on View certification details.

In the certification details page, look for the Download or Print option.

    • Click Download to obtain a PDF copy of your certificate.

Note: If a direct download option isn't available, you can use the Print function and choose Save as PDF to save the certificate to your device.

    đź•’ Waiting Period

If you don't see your certificate immediately after passing the exam, please allow up to 48 hours for the system to update your certification status. This is a common processing time for certifications to appear in your profile.
