When & how to get the certificate after passing the exams

Hi,
My Azure exam was done by on the previous friday, but still the certificate are not visible in the profile. How and when we get the Microsoft certificate after passing the exam Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals. Could you please help me.

• How to Access and Download Your Certificate:
  • Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same account used for the exam.
  • Go to your Profile → Credentials → Certifications tab.
  • Click on View certification details.
  • Use the Download button (or "Print" > "Save as PDF") to save your certificate.
• If you don’t see your certificate:
  • Wait up to 48 hours (it may still be processing).
  • Confirm you’re using the correct Microsoft account (the one tied to your exam).

1. Sign In to Microsoft Learn:

Go to the Microsoft Learn Certifications Dashboard.

• Sign in using the same Microsoft account you used to register for and take the exam.

Click on your Profile icon.

Select Credentials from the dropdown menu.

• Click on the Certifications tab to view your earned certifications.

Locate the certification you wish to download.

Click on View certification details.

In the certification details page, look for the Download or Print option.

• Click Download to obtain a PDF copy of your certificate.
