Merging of email addresses

But I have been registered to learning site with ******@outlook.com

Can you please help to merge both these email addresses so that I can view my certificate and score card.

    To consolidate two certification profiles associated with different email addresses, please follow the steps outlined below: 

    Steps to Request a Profile Merge: 

    1. Access the Microsoft Certification Support Forum  Navigate to the official support page via the following link:  Microsoft Certification Profile Support 
    2. Submit a New Request 
    • Click on “Ask a Question”
    • Clearly provide the following information: 
      • Your full name (as registered during the exam). 
        • Both email addresses (the one used for the exam and the one used for the Microsoft Learn platform). 
          • Your Candidate ID and Registration ID
            • A concise explanation of the issue (e.g., the exam was taken using one email address, while the learning profile is associated with another). 
    1. Await a Response: A Microsoft support moderator will typically respond within 1–2 business days to assist with the profile merge process. 

     

    Kindly notes: 

    • Please ensure that you have access to both email accounts involved. 
    • Do not create a new certification profile, as merging is the appropriate and supported method. 
    • Retain a copy of your exam confirmation email and any related documentation, as it may be requested during the verification process.
