Hi @Silia
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Support. We understand your concern regarding the upcoming inactivity of your Skype credit and the difficulties you've encountered while trying to use it in Microsoft Teams. Let's address this issue based on the type of account you have.
- For Work/School Accounts:
- Please confirm once again that your Skype Credits are still active. The system will send a reminder email 7 days before your Skype Credit becomes inactive. If the Credits have become inactive, please follow the document below to reactivate them. How do I reactivate Skype Credit? - Microsoft Support
- Access Make a call with Skype Dial Pad in Microsoft Teams Free - Microsoft Support to link your account from Skype to Teams and make a call.
Important: These entry points are only available for users who currently have an active subscription, active Skype number, or active Skype Credits.
Note: To access the Skype Dial Pad on Teams Free, make sure to update your Teams app to the latest version.
- For Personal Accounts: As a forum moderator, I do not have access to the detailed systems necessary to effectively resolve this personal account issue due to privacy and security restrictions. We recommend you should contact the One Customer Connector , as they are best equipped to address and resolve this type of issue efficiently.
Appreciate your patience and understanding, and Hopefully Microsoft will make improvement soon.
