The AI-102 Certification is not appearing in my Profile under Credentials and Certifications.

Question

I passed the Microsoft Certification Exam AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution on May 25, 2025. However, it is not showing on my profile certification page.

My account is linked to the following emails:

·       *****@outlook.com

·       *@**.com

I checked both accounts under learn.microsoft.com => profile => credentials => certifications, but it is not listed in either.

·       Exam: AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution

·       Language: English

·       Length: 140 minutes

·       Exam Completion Date: May 25, 2025 07:51 PM IST - {2}

·       Order Number/Invoice: ***

·       Registration ID: ********

·       Status: Pass
