    1. Sign in to the Teams Admin Center  Go to: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com  Use an account with Teams Administrator or Global Administrator permissions. 
    2. Navigate to External Access Settings  In the left-hand navigation pane: 
      • Expand Users or Org-wide settings 
      • Click on External access 
    3. Locate Federation Settings  In the External access page, you’ll find options for: 
      • Teams and Skype for Business users in external organizations. 
      • People in my organization can communicate with unmanaged Teams accounts. 
      • People in my organization can communicate with users who are using custom applications built with Azure Communication Services.
