I am writing to request assistance in rescheduling my Microsoft certification exam originally scheduled for today at 10:45 PM (Malaysia Time). I logged in 30 minutes early to complete the required security checks, but unfortunately, I encountered a persistent technical issue related to switching my camera. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps provided by Pearson VUE, I was unable to proceed with the exam.

After being advised to reschedule, I attempted to do so via the provided link. However, I was unable to find any option to reschedule the exam on the portal.

This certification is critical for my professional development and is directly tied to my performance KPIs. I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in helping me reschedule the exam at the earliest possible date.
