Hi @Carlos Eduardo Weis Barbalho,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your organization domain name in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data. Testing suggests this problem only occurs when Microsoft Authenticator is installed. Others have faced the same issue, and they discovered these solutions are effective for them. You may try:
- Open Microsoft Authenticator and keep it running in the background > Then, try logging into OneDrive.
- Adjust Developer Settings
- Go to Settings > Additional Settings > Developer Options
- Turn off Storage - Enable System Optimization option (Look for any storage-related optimization settings. If you don’t see it, check under Battery & Performance or App Management. If your device doesn’t have this exact setting, you might need to disable other battery optimizations or background restrictions to achieve a similar effect)
- Log into OneDrive
- Once logged in, you can turn the setting back on.
You can also use Android App Cloning to create a second OneDrive app and log in through the cloned app.
I hope these also work for you. If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer" and kindly upvote it. If you have extra questions about this answer, please click "Comment".
