Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to kindly request the possibility of reopening the renewal assessment for my expired Microsoft Azure certifications. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the renewal assessments before the expiration date due to a medical condition that prevented me from preparing or taking the exams on time.

The certifications that have expired are:

  • AZ-140 Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty.
  • AZ-700 Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate.
  • AZ-104 Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

I understand the renewal window has closed, but I would greatly appreciate your support in reopening the assessment opportunity, even temporarily, considering my situation. I am committed to staying certified and continuing my learning journey with Microsoft technologies.

Please let me know if any documentation or further information is required from my side to support this request.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Best regards,
Keroles

    Hi Keroles,

Renewal questions are handled in Microsoft Credentials forum. The support moderators over there are the ones that could potentially grant an exception. You may use link below to ask question over there:
