Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you have received an announcement when you sign in. We will be glad to assist you in this part.    According to your issue, I think Microsoft 365 gets confused sometimes when you have multiple signed in accounts in the same browser and you can follow these steps to troubleshoot it:

    1. Clear your browser cookies and restart the browser again.
    2. You can try to use another browser or via incognito web.

Note: You can also request with your admin in your organization to check your membership status and add you if necessary to make sure you have necessary permissions to access the organization's resources

    Hi @mohamad hamdan

The account you are using is personal account or work account?
May I know is there any other admins in your tenant? if yes kindly ask the admins to check is your account is exited, if it existed check is the account is active and make sure the account is enabled.

If you are able to log in to the tenant without MFA, regardless of your home tenant settings. You’ll be given the following error:

Limited access After clicking I acknowledge, you can pull down the user menu and select Switch directory.

    User's image

This allows you to view all tenants you are member of and switch to them:
    User's image

If the correct Azure directory is selected, but you still receive the error message, have your account added as an Owner.

If it does not show any directory, then you seem to have a missing subscription causing error you must try https://azure.microsoft.com/free/ if already used then you need to renew your subscription.

Hope this helps. If you still do not see enough information to isolate the issue, please let me know in the comment section.
