    According to your issue, to extend your MS365 Business Premium and Power Platform license, I suggest you raise a support ticket from the Microsoft 365 admin center, where the related team such as billing team can perform a remote session to investigate your license status to resolve your request.   

    If the issue requires further attention, they can escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.
