We currently have a user using Windows 365 Business with Windows Hybrid Benefit‎ - ‎Windows 365 Business 8 vCPU, 32 GB, 128 GB (with Windows Hybrid Benefit)‎ but they need a larger capacity hard drive. How can we increase this without losing the existing settings and hard drive contents of this VM?

Kaushik Patel, I hope you are doing well,

Microsoft provides official documentation for resizing a Windows 365 Business Cloud PC, including increasing storage capacity, through the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    Key Steps:

    1. Backup the Cloud PC: Before resizing, back up all data using Microsoft Endpoint Manager or a third-party solution like NAKIVO Backup & Replication to prevent data loss.
    2. Upgrade the Cloud PC Configuration: In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select a higher storage configuration (e.g., 256 GB or 512 GB) for the user’s Cloud PC.
    3. Extend the Volume in the Guest OS: Log into the Cloud PC, use Disk Management to extend the C: drive into the newly allocated space, and verify the new capacity.
    4. Verify and Test: Ensure all settings, apps, and data are intact post-resize, and monitor performance.
