How can I administer a license for another account?

We have a Microsoft account for our non profit organization and need to gain access to one of our accounts ******@survivorshope.onmicrosoft.com, or alternatively will need to administer a new license for this employee to use.

Hi Gillian,

If you are an Administrator to the survivorshope.onmicrosoft.com tenant, then you can reset the password/enable the account through the Admin Portal:
