    Hello @Pradeep Madhavan,

Azure Private Cloud is a cloud setup made just for your organization. It gives you your own space with dedicated resources, so no one else shares it. This makes it more secure and gives you more control over your data and applications.

You can run your apps and store your data in this private environment, either at your location (on-premises) or in a special data center managed by Microsoft or a partner. It's a good choice for companies that need to follow strict rules or have special needs for performance and security.

You can also connect it with the public cloud if needed, so you get the best of both private and public cloud systems known as a hybrid cloud.

    Hi @Pradeep Madhavan,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Here is some information about the private cloud.
A private cloud is a cloud computing setup used exclusively by a single business or organization.
It can be located at the company’s own data center or hosted by a third-party service provider,
The services and infrastructure are always maintained on a private network.

This setup allows businesses to tailor their cloud resources to specific IT requirements. Private clouds are commonly used by government agencies, financial institutions, and larger organizations that need enhanced control over their systems.

    Benefits of a private cloud:

    • Flexibility: Customize the cloud environment to fit business requirements.
    • Control: Since resources aren’t shared, security and privacy levels are higher.
    • Scalability: Private clouds can scale more effectively than traditional on-premises infrastructure.

    I hope this information helps.
