    Hello @Charles Bell

Thanks for contacting MS Q&A. I will be able to help you with resolving your issues.

The Error Code: 53003 in Azure typically indicates an access policy restriction, often related to Conditional Access, device state, or user sign-in risk. In your case, since it's happening during the Azure Migrate appliance registration, and specifically tied to:

    • App name: Microsoft Azure PowerShell
    • Device state: Unregistered
    • Platform: Windows 10

According to a source, this error code mainly occurs due to a Conditional Access policy set by your organization’s IT administrator. Therefore, you may want to contact your IT administrator and request them to verify the Conditional Access policy for your account.
