    Hi @Ryan Lessard ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Microsoft has 2 types of teams: Team for Personal (outlook.com) and Team for Business (specific domain). Assume if you had specific domain, you could subscribe for business plans. With business plans, you can choose Microsoft Teams Essentials (just only Teams) or Microsoft 365 Business Basic or Microsoft 365 Business Standard.

Let me know what your needs so I can provide assistance you.

    Go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your current Microsoft account whose username is gmail.

Then go to Your info > Sign in preference.

Create new: this will allow you to use the native domain outlook.com to create a new alias.

Once added, make this new alias your primary alias, you don't have to rush to delete the gmail alias yet in case your computer login still needs it for now. So keep it there for now.

But you can sign out of your Teams, then sign back in using the new outlook.com address alias. You are technically still on the same Microsoft account, but with the outlook.com alias, you can now send out calendar invitation and people can actually respond.
