MS excel 'file name extension' option not showing, please help me

    Based on your description, I understand you need to show file name extensions in Excel. You can try these steps:

    1.Open File Explorer:

    Click the Start button (Windows logo) at the bottom left corner of your screen.

    Type "File Explorer" in the search bar and click on it from the search results.

    Alternatively, press Windows + E on your keyboard.

    2.Click the View tab.

    4.Check the box for File name extensions.
