being asked to 'Complete a purchase by July 4, 2025 to keep your account active' - am I going to lose access to my email?

I recieved the following email and I don't understand why I am being asked to make a purchase. I only use my personal email for email, I don't have Azure and I don't know what a Microsoft Entra ID tenant is. Please can someone clarify if I will lose access to my email if I do nothing?

Complete a purchase by July 4, 2025 to keep your account active

You are receiving this email because your associated Microsoft Entra ID tenant (tenant ID 50cc9a3f-9e35-4393-8d35-fbf559f9961f) has been inactive for more than 200 days. Required action: To continue using your tenant, make a purchase before July 4, 2025. If you don’t make a purchase before this date, your next purchase with Microsoft will require a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant to continue using Microsoft services.

    It is possible that you previously created a Microsoft Entra ID tenant, which is typically associated with an Azure Active Directory (AAD) account—commonly used for work or school (business) purposes. This may have occurred if you signed up for services using a work or school email address.

    Please be assured that this notification does not impact your personal data or account. If no purchase is made by the specified deadline, the Entra ID tenant linked to your inactive business subscription will be disabled.
