azure portal account authentication issues

i'm trying to login with my personal microsoft account to azure portal and when i go to the home page every action i do i get these errors

    you figured out you have to create a subscription from https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Billing/CatalogBlade/appId/AddSubscriptionButton
