Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum.
I know how frustrating it can’t access to URL that you want, and I completely understand your concern. I suggest for you some solutions with my best:
Solution 1: Clear the cookies and cache
Assume you use Microsoft Edge as default browser; you have to do:
- Open Edge, click on the three-dot menu (More) in the top right corner.
- Settings -> Privacy, search, and services
- Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now
Solution 2: Add website to Trusted Sites list
If you are using Windows 11/10 OS and you find that the site you want to access is legit or you use it regularly and it’s not harmful, then you can add a website to the trusted sites list. Here are the steps:
- Type internet options in the Search box of your Windows 11/10 computer
- Press the Enter key and it will open an Internet Properties window
- Switch to the Security tab in that window
- Select the Trusted Sites option
- Click on the Sites button. This will open a Trusted Sites box
- In the Trusted Sites box, enter the website URL in the given field
- Press the Add button
- Press the Close button
- Click on the OK button to close the Internet Properties window.
I hope my solutions can help you solve the problem, and I truly appreciate your insights, and if I’ve misunderstood anything or made an error, I’d be grateful if you could kindly point it out.
