I got locked out of my discord & the Microsoft Authenticator app I set up with it is not giving me the correct code to sign in or change my password y?! Idk 🤷‍♂️ what to do 🫠

Sadly enough I had already contact discord support they where unable to do anything my only option where to have them delete my old discord or make a new account both of which I don't want to do

That's why I came here because the main issue as to why I cant access it is because the Microsoft authenticator code isn't working properly, I was hopping for a solution to get the right code or reason as to why the codes aren't working...

Since Discord is third-party service, Microsoft has no ability to assist directly with Discord account access. This is the reason you are not receiving the code from the Microsoft Authenticator. We would like to suggest you visit this link How to Recover Your Discord Account When Locked Out of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – Discord, which provides several solutions you can try. Unfortunately, if you did not save your backup codes the Discord Support team will not be able to remove MFA from your account.
