My Account was hacked

Hi, my microsoft account was hacked so I had to make a new one to ask this question, is there a way to recover the account, or suspend it?I tried resetting the password, and it showed up as that email/account wasn't found, or there is no account with that username. so I then checked for the username by typing in my email, and it showed up as a random xz*****@outlook.com. mind you my actual email is **removePII@**gmail.com. so this proves it's still linked to my account.

I have update, the account that hacked me is this <Mod remove PII> @outlook.com, or that's at least what they changed the login email to, and also the recovery email is changed to something else as well. and they have seemed to set up two step verification. But it's still somehow linked to my email? cause that's how I got the other email, by clicking forgot username. Or is there a way to suspend the account, as I do not want my information out there. and I see my orginal email is cencorred.

Hi, I cannot sign into that account to even close it, as they had changed all the information. I am currently on a temporary account I have made to make this question. Is there nothing I could do as my personal information is on that account? As I know that it's still linked to my gmail, which is how I got the username. I've tried the form, but all it does is lead me to password resets, username, etc. which is all useless. And I couldn't contact any representative directly. The hackers are also currently attempting to extort me via Discord to sell the account back. This is a case of extortion and identity theft. I have screenshots and need urgent escalation.
