    Hi Malachi idk

Thank you for reaching out through the Microsoft Q&A forum.

We truly understand how upsetting and confusing it must be to find your Microsoft Rewards account suspended, especially when the reason, such as VPN usage, may not have been intentional. We completely understand how overwhelming and stressful this situation must feel, and we truly empathize with your frustration. Unfortunately, this forum is not the right channel to directly resolve account suspensions. We sincerely apologize that we’re unable to assist you further here.

However, we’d like to guide you toward the next steps that may help:

    1. Check Your Email (Including Spam/Junk Folders): Microsoft may have sent you a message explaining the reason for the suspension and how to appeal it.
    2. Try Submitting the Appeal Again: Visit the Microsoft Rewards Support page and ensure you're signed in with the affected account. If the appeal form appears grayed out, try using a different browser or device.

Please understand that Microsoft Rewards has strict policies in place to ensure fairness for all users. Even unintentional use of VPNs can sometimes trigger automated systems designed to detect policy violations.

We hope this information helps you move forward. If you’re able to resolve the issue through the appeal process, we’ll be glad to know your account is back on track.
