Teams - Outlook workflow

I use the New Outlook for desktop and manage multiple inboxes, including shared mailboxes (distribution lists not tied to Microsoft 365 Groups) and Microsoft 365 Groups. I’ve created Teams workflows that send notification cards to specific Teams chats when emails arrive in my main inbox. However, these workflows don’t trigger when emails land in shared mailboxes. And currently I want to

  1. Automatically move or copy incoming emails from shared mailboxes to my main inbox.
  2. Trigger a Teams workflow that sends a notification card when such emails arrive.

What I’ve tried:

• Created rules to copy or move emails from shared mailboxes to my main inbox.

• I prefer using my main inbox as a task list, so I want all actionable emails to land there.

    Hi @Limal,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you have provided, you mentioned that you created the rule to move emails from your shared mailbox to your personal mailbox.

Have you tried Forwarding feature in Outlook Settings?

First, you need to delegate permission from your shared mailbox in EAC. User's image

    Then, open your shared mailbox.

In your Shared Mailbox, go to Settings > Mail > Forwarding
Enable forwarding and type in your personal email.   User's image

And for your second requirement. You need to create a Power Automate cloud flow.

    The workflow looks like this.

But the adaptive Card requires Json, I am not sure if this is your end-goal.User's image I've conducted some research within the limits of the resources I can access, however I am not able to help you further since Power Automate is beyond my scope.
You can post your question in Power Platform Community, they can assist you better there.

    I hope this information helps.
