    Hi mouhamed aziz lazreg,

If your $25,000 Azure credits are showing in the Founders Hub but not in the Azure portal, here are some steps to help you resolve the issue and start using your credits:

    1. Activate Your Azure Credits
      • Sign in to the Founders Hub.
      • On the Home page, click "Activate your Azure Account" and follow the steps to link your Microsoft account and complete the setup.
    2. Log In with the Correct Account
      • Only the account owner can access the Azure Sponsorship portal and track credit usage.
      • Make sure you are logging in with the same Microsoft account used for the Founders Hub.
      • If you are not the account owner, ask your team to either transfer ownership or grant you access.
    3. Troubleshoot Access Errors
      • If you see a message like "This account does not have an active Sponsorship" in the Azure portal, it's likely that the wrong account is being used.
      • Please double-check that you're using the correct account linked to your Founders Hub credits.
    4. Understand Your Engagement Score
      • With $25,000 in Azure credits, you’ll have an Engagement Score visible in the Founders Hub.
      • This score reflects how actively you're using Azure and usually starts to appear within three months of approval.
      • By month four, it helps guide your use of Azure services and tracks your progress with the platform.
    5. Make the Most of Your Resources
      • Explore tutorials, documentation, and partner resources in the Founders Hub to support your Azure projects.
      • Once access is properly set up, you can monitor your credits through the Azure Sponsorship portal.
      • If you need help navigating the portal, you can reach out to Azure support or use the help guides available in Founders Hub.

If you have further questions or need clarification, we kindly recommend creating a support ticket. so, the appropriate team can assist you directly.
