I am not able to schedule exam in portal

Question

Dear Support Team,

I’ve been attempting to schedule the DP-900 exam through the Microsoft Learn platform (https://learn.microsoft.com/). However, after logging in and entering my address and other required details, the process fails with the following error:

Unexpected error We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support.

I’ve already tried clearing my browser cache and using private/incognito mode, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this?
