When I tried to create an Azure Active Directory service after registering on Azure, I encountered the following error: ‘token validation failed. a passthrough token was detected without proper resource provider context’. What could be the reason for this?

Token validation failed. a passthrough token was detected without proper resource provider contextusually occurs when intended token audience does not match the expected API/resource orThe authentication flow used a "passthrough token", like the one acquired via the Azure CLI without including the correct context expected by the target service.
Looks like you directly trying to create Entra ID service without creating the App Registration and grant permissions to the app.
Hence to resolve the issue, try to register an application in
Azure -> Microsoft Entra ID -> App registrations -> New registration. and add API permissions required for your operation (reference: Web API app registration and API permissions - Microsoft identity platform | Microsoft Learn)Get authorization code using auth code flow: paste the URL in browser by replacing necessary values and login with the user id which you want.
