SC-900 and AZ-900 Exam Certificate renewal

Hi Team,

I am writing to seek clarification and assistance regarding my Microsoft certifications. I completed the SC-900 and AZ-900 exams in 2022 and 2023, respectively. According to Microsoft’s official guidelines, fundamental certifications do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.

I have communicated this to my current organization. However, as per the company’s policy, certifications are only considered valid if the "exam earned date" falls within the current calendar year. Due to this, my certifications are not being accepted under the current policy.

I would like to know if there is any possibility of updating or renewing the certification dates from your end, or if any official documentation can be provided to support the validity of these certifications beyond the year they were earned.

Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
