How to merge an account on Microsoft Learn

Question

Greetings.

I would like to get some assistance with merging my Microsoft Learn account. I, apparently, have two registered MS accounts that I need to merge into one account. I have tried to merge it myself, but I cannot merge a personal account. I used one email to register both of these accounts.

Can anyone help me merge this account because I need to write my next exams?
