need help on the below , I could see in my personal laptop , at home tab in file explorer that along with multiple telemtery data transferred including my sensitive personal data have been backed up to one drive created for a gmail account which has a default directory on azure collecting my private information and all my connectivity which goes through intune or Microsoft endpoint that we set up for management profiles in phone i believe,

(******@gmail.com)this personal gmail in my laptop got registered with default directory in azure, with extension on.microsoft ext. it says ******@gmail.com.onmicrosoft.com)

I believe that this is the cause of v2 artifact in endpoint for which my personal my fine grained access token privileges registered with hence i could make so many api calls to v2 , could make multiple connectors for azure with other services and clouds but not limited to that because i thought this was hackathon, still could be but im not sure at this moment ) i could see this connectors and services associated with this v2 appear in mu azure account ******@gmail.com under default directory with no subscription and i cannot delete anything and not even my personal data in one drive.

when i could parse through docs (could be any doc but pressing certain hyperlink edits those doc like building up on hit and trial method, i even tried it in microsoft learn document and by trying that push and pull or retry method make actual solutions out of it and it directs me to github and i even registered that under microsoft opensource using my other gmail in github (******@gmail.com) so i was under impression this is a hackathon of some kind ) but i need details on the same because its not something i could even delete or get rid of, whatever activities i perform in laptop obviously keeps connecting to that endpoint and i could make actual changes in particular website or programming language honestly i dont know how much more because the same behaviour is happening with my phone from what is happening with my phone its api app building capabilities from v2 with MCP server and AI agents being called up by api, or my microsoft graph connect data ( need real help on this)

So even if what i explained here is wrong someone whos has an understanding of this could help this issue sorted out for me, it will be a big help,

microsoft id : v-santhoshpa@microsoft.com ( i also have git hub open source organisation configured under microsoft in open source portal : githubid - Santhosh9918)

    hi Santhosh,

First off, thanks for bringing this up, privacy stuff can be super frustrating when it feels like things are happening without u knowing.

U mentioned ur gmail got linked to an onmicrosoft.com directory. That usually happens if u signed up for a Microsoft service (like Azure AD or Office 365) using ur gmail. To check and clean this up, head to the Azure portal, go to 'Azure Active Directory', then 'Users'. If u see ur gmail there with the .onmicrosoft.com suffix, u can remove it if it's not needed. But be careful, if this is tied to work stuff (like intune), u might wanna check with ur IT admin first.

for the OneDrive backups u didn’t ask for, open OneDrive settings and look under 'Backup' or 'Sync and backup'. U can turn off auto-sync for folders u don’t want backed up OneDrive backup settings.

If ur device feels like it’s doing stuff u didn’t approve, start by reviewing all connected apps and services. For gmail, Google’s connected apps page and revoke anything fishy. Same for Microsoft, hit up account.live.com and nuke any sketchy permissions.

Oh, and this might help in other tools too, always check ur email’s 'security alerts' tab. Both Google and Microsoft send warnings when new logins or links happen. If u missed those, now’s a good time to set up 2FA everywhere.

For the phone stuff, sounds like ur work profile might be overlapping with personal use. On Android, u can go to 'Settings > Accounts' and remove any work-related accounts u don’t recognize. For iPhones, it’s under 'Settings > General > VPN & Device Management'.

Lastly, if u think ur device’s still acting weird, a full reset might be the nuclear option. But backup ur important stuff first ))

Hope this helps untangle the mess,

    rgds,

    Alex
