I'm trying to log into my school account but it's requiring me to get a code from the authenticator app, when I go to the app there is no verification code showing up and i'll refresh the screen and everything. I am signed into the app with my school account and it won't let me log into unless i have the code and i really need to get into my school account.

    Hi @Sienna Raczka

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Based on your description, it appears that your account is a school account, and you are unable to receive authentication codes from your authentication app. As a result, you cannot access your account.

We would like to suggest the most effective way to resolve your issue is to contact your school's IT Support or Help Desk directly to request a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) reset. They will be able to assist you in regaining access to your account. To help them proceed, kindly ask your IT administrator to follow the steps outlined in the following Microsoft Learn article: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn We understand this can be challenging, and we appreciate your patience.

I hope this helps clarify your situation and guides you toward regaining access to your accounts. Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
