Currently, I have some pages on our SharePoint Online site as follow:

Specifically, I need to ensure that only Line Managers can access this page and I would like to set up an alert notification to be sent whenever any changes are made to this page. Ideally, the notification should be sent to the site owner’s email whenever someone edits the page.

    Hi @Codeen
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you have provided, looks like you need to grant access to Line Managers and create an alert if there are changes were made.

    • To grant access only to Line Manager, you need to create a M365 group with all Line Managers as members.  User's image Then go to the page you need to share, click share and then add the M365 group you just created. You can grant the permissions (edit, view) User's image
    • To alert the site owner:  Click on the three-dot and choose Alert me
You can custom who will be notified, which methods, and notify immediately if there are changes.   User's image

    I hope this information helps.
