May I know which account you use to assign the Visio subscription?
If this is personal account:
Please sign in to the correct account that you used to assign the Visio subscription, and you can follow these steps to cancel it:
- Sign in to your Microsoft account: Go to Microsoft account .
- Find your Visio subscription: On the "Services & subscriptions" page, you'll see a list of your subscriptions. Locate the Visio plan you want to cancel.
- Manage or Cancel: Select "Manage" or "Cancel" (depending on the displayed interface).
To get the invoice in personal account:
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders with your Microsoft account.
- Find the Visio order: Locate your Visio purchase or transaction in the list.
- View order details: Select "Order details" or a similar option.
- Download tax invoice: If available, you'll see an option like "Tax invoice" or "Download PDF" to download the invoice.
If this is work account:
You can request your administrator in your tenant to follow these steps to cancel the Visio subscription:
- Go to the admin center, go to the Billing > Your products page
- Find the subscription that you want to cancel. Select More actions (three dots), then select Cancel subscription.
- Select Save.
Noted: If you cancel on the admin portal, it will affect all the user in tenant which subscription associated with.
To get the invoice in work account:
- Go to the admin center -> Go to Bills & payments
- View invoices: On the "Invoices" tab, you'll see a list of your invoices.
- Download PDF: Select the invoice you want to view and click "Download PDF" to save a copy to your computer.
If you purchase Visio via reseller or agent: You will need to contact to them directly for assistance in checking the subscription status and obtaining invoices. They are the ones who directly manage your service package with Microsoft.
