Please review the extensive history documented in the Microsoft ticket #2502110040009395, which describes months of communication with MS service - resulting in them saying that we need to reach out to Azure support.

    As we are forum moderators, we do not have access to internal database to check on the specific details of tickets as the agent who is supporting you from Ticket portal is the only person who could check with this if you still have the issue ongoing until now.
