Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand you're using Teams Premium with the latest Microsoft 365, but the attendance report isn't showing data for explicit consent, even though it's enabled. You've checked the audit logs and confirmed consent was granted, but it's not appearing in the report for both internal and guest users.
Here are a few suggestions that may help resolve your issue:
- Check the meeting policy settings in Teams Admin Center
Go to Teams Admin Center > Meetings > Meeting policies, then select the policy assigned to the meeting organizer. Make sure the following are enabled:
- Engagement report: Set to On under the General section.
- Require participant agreement for recording, transcription, and Copilot: Set to On under Recording & transcription.
This setting is essential for collecting and displaying explicit consent, and it usually works in combination with meeting recordings or transcriptions.
- Wait and recheck the report
When was the meeting you're checking most recently held? Sometimes attendance data—especially explicit consent records—can take a few hours to fully appear in the report. Have you tried checking again after some time has passed?
- Be aware of recent changes to the Teams Calendar experience Microsoft recently rolled out updates to the Teams Calendar interface, which have affected how attendance reports are generated and displayed. In some cases, the reports may be incomplete or missing certain sections.
- If your tenant supports it, switch back to the classic calendar view.
- Alternatively, access the attendance report from the meeting chat or the Files tab within the meeting.
We hope this helps resolve your issue. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
