Using Clarity Assigned to Just One SharePoint Site, Will it Record Data For All Subsites of This Site?

Instead of using Clarity on our whole SharePoint tenant, we would like to just use it on one site. If we set this up on that one site, will all of the sub sites associated also be captured, or would we need to actually assign Clarity to literally every URL we want it on?

    Hi @Inhoff, Christopher

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

If you want to monitor all your associated sites (subsites), you must install the Clarity tracking code on each site individually. Installing the tracking code only on the hub site will not track user behavior on the subsites. Each subsite requires its own Clarity tracking code.

Once the tracking code is installed on all sites, you can create a single Clarity project to unify data across them. This will enable you to view and analyze user behavior across all the sites in one unified dashboard.

Your scenario is similar to this, so please refer to MS Clarity and Hubsites | Microsoft Community Hub
