Hi guys/ladies

I am new to Intune/Azure etc, and we have only recently moved from on-premises AD (for Windows devices) and Lightspeed for IOS devices.

I have Global Admin privileges but can't delete or move devices from an IOS group. Message states insufficient privileges to remove selected members. I have been told it might have something to do with the group being dynamic, but this is all very confusing.

Please help.

Thanking you in advance.

Hi @RM Dudu Alokwe - GA

Thank you for reaching out through the Microsoft Q&A forum.

If you're experiencing issues adding or removing devices despite having the correct permissions, it could be related to the group's membership type. To resolve this, please try changing the Membership type to "Assigned". This change should allow you to manually manage the devices in the group.User's image

If the issue persists after making this change, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft Intune Support through the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center for further assistance.

We hope the details provided will assist you effectively.
